10×10 units give you 100 square feet of storage and 8 feet of clearance to the ceiling.  They are roughly the size of an average bedroom and ideal for storing the contents of a 1-2 bedroom home (dining room set, large appliances, entertainment center, king-size mattresses, etc.).
