An efficiently packed small space will cost less than a larger space. RENTAL AGREEMENTS For your protection, we provide a written agreement. Read it thoroughly and ask any questions. Ask, how and when your security deposit is refunded or forfeited upon termination of the rental agreement. If you have a change of addess, be sure to notify us in writing. INSURE YOUR GOODS The items you place in storage are the sole responsibility of you, their owner. Goods are not insured by the storage facility. We can provide the names of insurers who provide low-cost insurance coverage for your items. |
